Two to three weeks for most local moves. The last and first days of the month go fast from May to September, so book those four to six weeks out.
No. You can pack it all, have us pack it all, or just leave us the kitchen and the fragile stuff. Partial packing is billed at the same hourly rate.
The crew, the truck, fuel, furniture pads, shrink wrap, dollies and basic disassembly. Stairs, long carries and heavy items are listed separately on your quote.
We can request temporary no-parking signs from the city for you. Apply at least 10 days before the move; the permit fee is passed through at cost.
Local moves need a $100 deposit to hold the date, taken off your final bill. Long-distance moves are paid 30% at booking.
Yes. Book a 15-minute video walkthrough and show us each room on your phone. For moves under three bedrooms that is usually enough.
Note it on the inventory sheet before the crew leaves, then send photos to the office. We repair, replace or pay out claims within 10 business days.
Yes. Our warehouse in the West Loop has climate-controlled vaults, billed monthly. The first 30 days are free with any full-service move.
