Luis Ortega joined Haulwell in 2013 as a mover and became a crew lead two years later. His crew gets requested by name more than any other, mostly by people who moved with him before.

He is the person we send when the job has a tricky staircase, a sofa that came in through a window, or a customer who is very nervous about moving day.

Luis trains every new mover on wrapping and padding, and he is strict about it. Nothing leaves a home without a pad on it.
