Marco Russo started Haulwell in 2009 with a single box truck and his brother-in-law as the second mover. Before that he spent eight years working for one of the large van lines, which is where he decided he wanted to run things differently.

He still does the in-home surveys for the biggest houses and the office moves, and he answers the phone more often than most owners would admit to.

Outside of work Marco coaches his daughter’s softball team and is slowly restoring a 1972 Ford pickup that has not left the garage in three years.
