Brightline Dental Clinic

Brightline Dental was moving six treatment rooms, a front desk and a records room to a larger space two miles away. Losing patient days was not an option.

The clinic could only close from Friday evening. Sterilisation equipment and computers had to be handled carefully and reconnected by the clinic’s own vendors.

• Planning: Three site visits, a colour-coded floor plan and a schedule shared with the clinic’s IT and equipment vendors.
• Crates: Reusable crates delivered the Monday before, so staff could pack their own rooms during quiet hours.
• Weekend crew: Six movers on Friday night, four on Saturday, and a coordinator on site the whole time.

The vendors had what they needed by Saturday noon. The first patient was seen at 8 AM on Monday in the new building.
